This policy explains what information SYNBRI LLC (“Synbri”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it plain on purpose.
Who we are
SYNBRI LLC is a US-registered company at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. If you have any questions about your data, email contact@synbri.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill in a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, company, and message.
- Basic technical data. When you submit a form we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, to help prevent spam and abuse.
- Analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, our providers collect standard usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device type). See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and provide the products or services you ask about.
- To protect our site from spam and abuse.
- To understand how people use our site so we can improve it (only with your consent).
How we store it
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Notifications about your message may be sent to our own email so we can respond. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers we use to run the site (such as our hosting and email providers).
Analytics providers
With your consent, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic. These tools may set cookies and process data on our behalf. You can decline them at any time, and nothing on the site requires them.
Your choices
- You can accept or decline analytics cookies using the banner on our site.
- You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@synbri.com.
- You can contact us any time with privacy questions.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
